Fran Dailey
President
 Fran joined Hughes Aircraft Company in 1967 in Building 5 at the old Culver City Plant.  Through the years she worked in engineering, administration, materiel, manufacturing, marketing, and information systems.  Fran retired in September 1993 from Hughes Electronics Corporate Offices in Westchester and joined HARA at the time.  She joined the HARA Board in 1994, became the Membership Chairperson in 1997, and continues to be one of HARA's strongest supporters.

Bob Parke
Treasurer
 Bob joined HAC in August 1972 after spending four years as an Army officer and helicopter pilot which included a one year tour in Vietnam. During his 28 years at Hughes, he worked in Human Resources at Aerospace Group in Culver City, Ground Systems Group in Fullerton, C&DP in Fullerton and El Segundo, Radar Systems Group in El Segundo, and the Corporate Office in Marina Del Rey. In 1999 he moved to Direct TV Japan and retired as the SVP of Operations in December 2000. He has been a HARA member since retirement and joined the HARA Board in 2001 as the Corporate Liaison Coordinator. He became the HARA Treasurer in late 2018 and is responsible for all of the Association's financial information and transactions with the support of Art Winter and Carl Rubly.

Donna McGovern
Secretary

Donna McGovern retired from Raytheon, after her 35-year career. She’s a Southern California native and hired into Hughes Aircraft Company with Space & Communications; onto RSG, then eventually to EDSG, where the majority of her career was spent in Production Control, El Segundo. She held various positions; i.e. PC Specialist, Supervisor, Section Head, Configuration and Order Controls, Production Storerooms, and Assembly line areas retiring in 2000. At this time, she became a member of HARA. After 4+ years of retirement, she accepted an offer to return to work, for a 9-year stint in RSG, as Team Leader over Warranty Repair/Retrofit of multiple programs. She ultimately retired in April of 2014. She currently serves on the HARA Board as Secretary and is Sunshine Chair. Her passion has been her world travels.
